We built it to solve our own problem — then realized every business faces the same challenge.

The Problem We Couldn’t Ignore

Host Merchant Services has been processing payments for businesses since 1996. Over three decades, we’ve built extensive product documentation, competitive intelligence, pricing structures, support guides, and institutional knowledge.
By 2023, that knowledge was scattered everywhere. Product specs lived in Google Drive. Pricing sheets were in Salesforce. Competitive positioning sat in Notion. Call recordings filled storage buckets. Internal procedures existed only in Slack threads.
Our sales reps couldn’t find pricing during calls. Support agents gave inconsistent answers because they couldn’t locate the right policy doc. New employees took months to onboard because senior staff spent half their time answering the same questions over and over.
We needed something better. So we built it.

Cloud AI Manager was designed by people who actually use it every day. We’re solving our own problems, which means the features address real pain points, not hypothetical use cases.

We didn’t build a generic AI chatbot. We built a knowledge search engine specifically for business data. Every feature serves one goal: help teams find the right information faster.
Free for our merchants
After building it for ourselves, we realized our merchants face identical challenges. Rather than charge another subscription, we made it part of the HMS Cloud Fleet. Aligned incentives, not extraction.
