Why Is Cloud AI Manager Free?
Host Merchant Services built Cloud AI Manager to solve an internal problem: our own sales and support teams were drowning in scattered knowledge. Product specs in one system, pricing in another, competitive intel in Slack threads, call recordings buried in storage.
After building it for ourselves, we realized every HMS merchant faces the same challenge. Sales teams lose deals because they can’t find the right information mid-call. Support agents give inconsistent answers. New employees take months to ramp up.
